1. Shipping Partners & Delivery Timelines

All domestic orders are shipped via DTDC, our trusted logistics partner.
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days) of confirmation, except during public holidays (may take up to 72 hours).
Once dispatched, delivery takes 4–6 working days under standard shipping, and 7–10 days in rare cases depending on your location.
A tracking number will be shared with you upon dispatch.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free on all domestic orders.
For urgent deliveries, express shipping is available to select pin codes at an additional charge of ₹100 per consignment, with delivery in 24–72 hours.
For express delivery requests, please contact our team via WhatsApp before checkout.

3. Important Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped to a single destination address. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders or contact us.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days, depending on item availability.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless under exceptional conditions (e.g., defective or wrong product received).
If your full order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, please reach out to us.
In some cases, products may be shipped separately based on availability or packaging needs.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to natural disasters, courier disruptions, or force majeure — but we will do our best to expedite the process.
If the packaging appears damaged or tampered, please notify us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order reference number.
Upon delivery, the recipient may be required to show valid photo ID proof (PAN, Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driver’s License).
