Refund policy

Please note that we do not offer returns — only exchanges, and only on selected products.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Customers must submit an exchange request within 2–3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be shipped back within 3–4 days of delivery. Once the product has been shipped from us it will take 6-7 days.

  • All items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags, bill, and packaging intact.

Shipping Instructions:

  • We strongly recommend using our preferred courier partner for exchange shipments.

  • If an alternative courier is used and the product is damaged during transit, we will not be held responsible, and the item may become ineligible for exchange.

  • If our courier partner picks up the item, a ₹150 return shipping fee will be deducted from your wallet balance.

  • If pickup is unavailable at your address, you must courier the product at your own cost.

Exchange Credit and Delivery Timeline:

  • Once we receive the product and complete a quality check, the equivalent amount will be credited to your customer wallet within 48 hours.

  • Wallet balance can be used for any future purchase.

  • If the exchange request is approved and the replacement is in stock, the new product will be dispatched within 2–4 business days after we receive and verify the original item.
