Refund policy
Please note that we do not offer returns — only exchanges, and only on selected products.
To be eligible for an exchange:

Customers must submit an exchange request within 2–3 days of delivery.

The product must be shipped back within 3–4 days of delivery. Once the product has been shipped from us it will take 6-7 days.

All items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags, bill, and packaging intact.
Shipping Instructions:

We strongly recommend using our preferred courier partner for exchange shipments.

If an alternative courier is used and the product is damaged during transit, we will not be held responsible, and the item may become ineligible for exchange.

If our courier partner picks up the item, a ₹150 return shipping fee will be deducted from your wallet balance.

If pickup is unavailable at your address, you must courier the product at your own cost.
Exchange Credit and Delivery Timeline:

Once we receive the product and complete a quality check, the equivalent amount will be credited to your customer wallet within 48 hours.

Wallet balance can be used for any future purchase.

If the exchange request is approved and the replacement is in stock, the new product will be dispatched within 2–4 business days after we receive and verify the original item.
Note: Our team will contact you if there’s any issue with the returned item.
